Expressing Movement Workshop

In this workshop we will explore some different techniques for expressing movement in the studio - both freezing and blurring the movement of our models / dancers.  We will use short duration flash to freeze all movement but also experiment with combining flash and ambient light along with slow shutter speeds and rear curtain sync to create more expressive and artistic images by incorporating blur into parts of the image.

*Please bring along a DSLR or Mirrorless camera with lenses in the 35mm to 100mm range suitable for portraits and full length photos in a studio environment.
