ABOUT THE TEAM
CAM ATTREE
Cam began his photographic journey with a passion for the natural environment and his early work focused on landscapes and wildlife. His first experience with artistic nudes was at art college where he completed an Associate Diploma in Fine Arts majoring in photography.
Eventually he started experimenting with combining his love of the landscape with the human form and has been developing his "nudescapes" style over the last 20 years. Cam is also highly regarded for his studio and location lighting skills and he runs regular studio workshops as well as artistic nude destination workshops in Tasmania, New Zealand and Iceland.
DAVE LEANE
Dave has been in the photography industry for 20 years, creating artwork both in nature and the studio. He is highly regarded for his proficiency in black and white artistic photography and his knack for capturing stunning images using natural light.
While Dave has worked as a family and wedding photographer, his true passion lies in artistic expression, resonating with artists from various backgrounds worldwide. Above all, Dave is deeply passionate about creating a comfortable, safe, and beautiful experience for people in front of the camera, striving to empower them and capture their essence with authenticity and grace.
MISSCHELLE
Misschelle, a professional model based in South Australia, specialises primarily in fine art nude modelling. With a rich background spanning 7 years, she has excelled in various genres including beauty, fashion, and emotive dark beauty.
Her repertoire extends to performing in an international award-winning fringe show and participating in music videos, showcasing her versatility and dynamic presence beyond traditional modelling settings. Renowned for her talent in crafting strong and emotive poses, Misschelle channels her passion into creating powerful and artistic imagery. She thrives both in studio and outdoor locations, adapting seamlessly to diverse environments.
WHAT ARE WE PLANNING?
Experienced artistic nude photographers and instructors, Cam Attree and Dave Leane are joining up with the incredible Misschelle Art Model (a second model will be announced) to create a unique shooting experience in the stunning Barossa Valley.
Aimed at photographers of all levels who are enthusiastic about working in the artistic nude genre, this multi day workshop will provide a wonderful blend of technical instruction and creative freedom with plenty of shooting opportunities, along with special attention to creating a sense of community.
Both Dave and Misschelle are locals to the Barossa and have found some incredible locations which are unique to the area for us to shoot in. Stunning forests with massive logs and boulders which are perfect for capturing artistic landscape nude images, along with access to some historic building ruins on nearby private properties are going to be our main locations.
We are aiming to keep the event fairly small with a maximum of four participants to each model. During the shooting sessions the groups will be split up and rotated around so everyone gets time with each model and each instructor.
While the instructional content will be fluid and may change with the environmental conditions, Cam will mainly be focusing on using flash on location to create beautifully lit imagery to compliment the natural light while Dave will be concentrating his sessions on finding and making the most out of the available lighting in each location.

BASIC ITINERARY
The current proposed dates are Friday August 23 - Sunday August 25.
Friday evening will be a meet and greet BBQ in the evening so we can all get to know each other and discuss the plans for the following two days. Both the Saturday and Sunday will include a morning and an afternoon shooting session with some downtime during the middle of the day to download your images and have a lunch break. Sunday night will be an opportunity to share some of the images created over the weekend during our final dinner.
HOW MUCH WILL IT BE AND WHAT WILL BE INCLUDED?
Our plan is to keep the event as affordable as possible but we are expecting the total amount to be around $2000. This will include the three nights accommodation, most (if not all) meals, minimum of four shooting sessions with tuition from both Cam and Dave plus the fees for our incredible models.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
You will be required to cover the cost of your own transport to and from the Barossa and pay for your own snacks and alcohol if required.
